U.S. Department of State Construction
Surveillance Monitoring (CSM) Program
Worldwide
Partner since: 1993
Embassies, warehouses and other Department of State facilities under construction in various parts of the world are protected around the clock by Coastal employees. They have served in more than 150 nations around the world.
Construction surveillance monitoring, mandated by Congress in 1988 for all such facilities, requires specialized skill and training in electronic surveillance, countermeasures, clandestine eavesdropping technology and construction techniques. Many have years of experience in construction, electronics and electronic surveillance. From serving in so many different facilities, Coastal CSM personnel have developed a high familiarity with what to look for as construction takes place.
